Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Room Reservations
Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days prior incur a 50% deduction. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the entire booking value.
2. Wedding & Large Events
A signed booking agreement and a 25% non-refundable advance reserves your wedding or event date. Subsequent payments and cancellation terms are governed by the individual event contract. Force-majeure or government-mandated postponements are accommodated with date-shift, subject to availability.
3. Corporate Retreats & Group Bookings
Cancellations 30 days or more before arrival: full refund less 10% admin fee. 15–29 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: non-refundable. Room-block reductions of up to 10% within the 15-day window are permitted without penalty.
4. Adventure-Park Day Passes
Day passes are non-refundable but may be rescheduled to any other available date within 90 days of original purchase, free of cost, when notified at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Refund Processing
All eligible refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days of cancellation confirmation. Bank-side reversal timelines apply on top.
